2015 May-June Mega Contest
Yes, it is here. The long awaited Mega Contest. The contest is Mega compared to my previous contests. I am still looking for sponsors to make it more Mega and hopefully will get more soon. I am accepting sponsors till 30th May.
Since this a Mega contest, it is not going to be as simple as before. There are different stages, all having their own criteria and prizes. Any special requirement will be specified in that stage. You do not need to participate in all Stages. Participate in whatever you can. I do advise you do all. You have more than a month for this.
Eligibility & Duration
Anyone and everyone – family, friends, even sponsors themselves (excluding me) from anywhere (unless prohibited by Law) can participate.
The Mega Contest starts May 16, 2015 at 12:01 AM IST and ends on June 30, 2015 at 11:59 PM IST. All the winners will be announced by July 5, 2015.

How to Enter
For this Stage there is no need for Widget (Entering Stage 3 automatically Enters you to Stage 4). I will be manually looking over this. And Comments can be made without becoming a Member as well.
At the end of the contest I will check how many have made 10 comments, 10 replies and a Guest Post. I will make three list and use RANDOM.ORG List Randomizer to choose a winner.
Stage 1 is simple Social Love - Tweet, Share, Follow etc. All are optional. Do whatever you can to win $30+10 USD worth of prizes on this Stage.
Stage 2 is simple Subscription. It is Required to subscribe if you want to win the $30 USD of Prizes.
Stage 3 Requirement is to join Geeks Column as a Member which is of course Free. $10 USD will be given to one Random Member. Rest $40 USD will be give who ever do Optional Tasks.
Stage 4 Requirement is to join Geeks Column as a Member as well but for the Comments part, you can participate without becoming Member. Rest Options need you to be Member. $50 USD can be won.
I know this contest is a bit complicated but you do not need to participate in all stages. Participate in the Stages which you can. Also the contest duration is 45 Days in total, there is no hurry. Whenever you are free just do one task.
NOTE to Contestants: More prizes will be added soon. Sponsors have till 30th May. Contestants should definitely check back on 1st June to have a look at all the updated prizes. Also disable any AD blocker if the Contest Widget is not displaying or you can also Refresh the Page or Click the Rafflecopter link but it will be extra task for you.
UPDATE on 05-18: All options in Stage 1 are now Optional to make it simpler. Complete as many tasks as you can to get more entries.
UPDATE on 05-19: Registration has started and Social Sign-up & Login using Facebook is Enabled. There was bit of delay as my broadband was gone as I was activating registration. If there is any problem with registration just leave a comment.
UPDATE on 05-20: Contest was revised. Stage 2 is now simpler. Most of the Tasks were moved to Stage 3. There were few changes with Prizes. Many Required Tasks are now optional. In Stage 4 the number of Comments and Replies is reduced to 5 (from 10) but if the winner made 10 Comments or Replies, I will double his/her Prize.
This Contest Post has now 'Tabs' for Navigation through Stages as the post was really long. I have tried to ease up the tasks as much I can.
UPDATE on 05-26: In Stage 4 Guest Posting was removed (I thin no one is interested, Contest is not going well enough, probably my fault, I am not promoting it enough). The Prize money were divided and the winner for comment is now 2 and the total winners for subscribing is 3.
Currently there is only one entry for subscriber. I will just say, don't be stupid, enter now and win. Lets say 12 people enter, you still have 1/4 chance of winning.
UPDATE on 06-01: No Sponsors responded. Half is my fault as I only contacted a few.
What Are You Waiting For
Enter as many stages as you can. Win prizes and enjoy. The contest while looks complex is very easy.
Most of the tasks – tweet, share, follow, share link etc would take no more than 10-15 minutes. The bit difficult looking task like Forum Topics, Comments will not take much time either. Just spend 10-15 minutes daily and you can do 5 times more than I asked.
